Welcome

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Kansas. I am trained in EMDR and I  am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults, with an emphasis on trauma-work and sexual assault. I have experience working with couples, families, and individuals. I am also mindful of my clients’ intersectional and multicultural identities and how that may influence our work together. I am LGBTQIA+ aligned and I am always working toward cultural competency to better serve my BIPOC clients.

The therapeutic atmosphere I build with my clients tends to be one that inspires growth through self-reflection and recognizing one’s strengths. I take a client-centered approach to help you acquire the tools you need to tackle day to day life, anxiety, depression, or other mood disorders. I work to create a non-biased non-judgmental space for you to process whatever it is you need to. Therapy is a collaborative effort and I believe our work together is important.
